What are fascias?
Fascias are boards that run horizontally at the bottom of the eaves of the house. They cover the gap at the end of the last rafter so that water cannot get in. Traditionally they were made from wood and painted white or other colours. But in recent times, experts are using PVC because it is strong, resistant to deterioration and doesn’t need to be painted.
There are even different styles of fascia that you can choose from. There are square ended, bull-nosed or even flat backed where you need them to fit right against the wall. When you work with us, we will assess the construction of the house to get the right type and then you can see what style you like best.
Simple fascia installation
If you have an existing wooden fascia that is showing its age, letting the water in or you simply want to consider replacing it, we can visit the property and give a free quote. Our work is insurance backed and guaranteed for 10 years and parts come with a 20-year guarantee. We also offer a range of other services around the roofline so if you want to go further than just the fascia, we can give a quote for this. Then you never need to worry about repainting that roofline again.
